- Once you have completed this form, you will be sent an invoice for the relevant amount, which should be passed to the appropriate person for payment. Your membership will begin once the invoice is settled.
- You are encouraged to include names and email addresses of colleagues in your department so that they receive the e-bulletin and other messages directly.
